Author Jacob Gamber here—And yes, updates. Just like webpages, apps, video games . . . I mean, J.R.R. Tolkien wasn’t above revisions, so neither am I.

Okay, that’s only half serious. I just had a few (relatively minor) revisions to make, and they should all be live now, so for the sake of transparency . . . here’s the update list:

  • Updated copyright page to read “First Edition” instead of “Advance Reader Copy”
  • Rebalanced capitalization of terms and titles for consistency (i.e. “the Board”)
  • Fixed stray typos, grammatical issues, missing words
  • Edited the compendium in Appendix A and B
  • Updated the “About the Author” page at the back of the book, tailoring it for the physical and eBook formats (the Book Three teaser is now click-able in eBook editions, for instance)
  • One or two small but significant changes to explanations for . . . let’s just say key Sci-FI elements, for clarity’s sake.
  • Tweaked pre-chapter epigraphs containing incorrect/misleading dates

One small but particularly humorous mistake was how it still said “Printed in the USA” in the eBook formats . . .

[Note: If you, readers, find any further typos in copies purchased henceforth (as of 8/6/2025), please do reach out to me and I will see them corrected, not to mention you will have my personal thanks. I’m essentially a one-man band, but I do aspire to provide professional quality to the best of my ability. If you have old copies purchased earlier this year and want an updated one, just reach out via the Contact page and I will personally issue you a new one.]

Take care, and read lots of books!
