Well folks, ready or not, fall is here.
Jacob here. Mani is officially out now! It’s available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple, and most everywhere in hardback, paperback and kindle/eBook formats. I’ve also been working with some local libraries around my area, which has been a great experience so far. Librarians are awesome people, as it turns out. Huge thanks to everyone who’s had a hand in getting my book out there, and to those who have supported me all along the way.
(Side note to those who have already read advance copies or are reading the book now: Reviews help me out more than I could possibly express!)
Fortunately, you won’t have to wait long for Book 2. Cover reveal coming shortly, along with more information. Fair warning, Gaea is where the sci-fi in “sci-fantasy” comes into play. So for those excited by the ending to Mani and wondering if it’ll really be that out-there, the answer is: read and find out. For those scratching their heads and wondering what they signed up for . . . I did warn you.
As far as the future goes, I’m shooting for a Spring 2025 release for Luna, Book 3. I have multiple other series I really want to write or rewrite after this one, so I’m stoked to finish the Mother books. This trilogy is by far the most sci-fi stuff I’ve written, so I’ll probably be heading more strongly in the epic fantasy direction for a while. Just the other day, I got a new idea for a romance story, of all things. (Trust me, I’m the most shocked.) My last one, earlier this year, was for a steampunk novella set in 1800s Europe . . . Too many great ideas, too little time to write them all.
Oh, and about my audiobook on YouTube. See, I got sick this month. Nothing horrible, but it dragged on and my voice is only now getting back to full strength. So I’ll be releasing a few more chapters soon. As of now, only the “Prologue” and “Exordium” are out.
